Transcript

[Zen flute music fading out] From staff pose, another pose you can do is Bharadvajasana, it's the name of a sage. So we're going to take both of our knees, and we're going to take them to one side. I'm just going to the left so you can see me here. Then we're also going to twist our torso the same direction to the left There's lots of ways that you can do this pose: from cross legged or another pose called deer we'll do later So, really, it's just another twist that you can do. Then you untwist your body, and you're going to turn those knees the other direction. and then go that way. Again, I'm just rotating so you can see me, but you can stay seated in that same place. So, again, nice spinal twist, always twisting from the core, and then allowing the neck to follow. And once you're done, you can extend those legs long and maybe some more cat / cows just to stretch out the back. And there you go! One more pose - good job!
