how to clean your yoga mat in four simple steps but first practice step 1 prepare you will need a bowl a rag water and natural dish soap step 2 mix add a few drops of dish soap and fill the bowl with water step 3 clean soak the rag in the water soap solution and use the rag to wipe down the mat we recommend cleaning it after every 5 to 10 practices step 4 dry let the mat dry but avoid direct sunlight
