How to do: SEAL POSE (BHUJANGASANA VARIATION)

Steps

  • Arms straight, stretched forward, hands slightly wider than shoulders
  • Chest pushing up and forward
  • Neck in line with spine, gaze forward
  • Shoulder blades drawing back and down to open the chest
  • Avoid compression in the lower back
  • Feet just over hip-width apart, legs straight and active
  • Tops of feet pressing into the earth
