How to do: SEAL POSE (BHUJANGASANA VARIATION)
Steps
- Arms straight, stretched forward, hands slightly wider than shoulders
- Chest pushing up and forward
- Neck in line with spine, gaze forward
- Shoulder blades drawing back and down to open the chest
- Avoid compression in the lower back
- Feet just over hip-width apart, legs straight and active
- Tops of feet pressing into the earth
