Hey guys, welcome to my channel!! Starting tomorrow, March 23rd, I will be posting a daily video to help you learn more about yoga! This is definitely geared towards beginners but it's also helpful for those of you with a strong practice who like to go back to the fundamentals. I'm in school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant and have many teachers who are PT's who have taught me a great deal about biomechanics of the body, functional movement, and postural work. These classes are very instructional and break down common yoga poses. Here's a look at the themes coming up: Day 1: Meditation Day 2: Mountain Pose, Plank Pose, Down Dog Day 3: Warrior Poses Day 4: Inversions for beginners Day 5: Restorative yoga with pillows Day 6: Transitions, moving from one pose to another Day 7: Tie it all together Hope you can join in.
