hi dear family of freezers this is my day from and elaborate yoga I'm here today to share some information about the fire element of traditional Chinese medicine which relates to the energy of love and joy this energy is represented in this illustration I hope you guys can see it well because with the reflection it might be a little bit tricky in this illustration you will see what is called the major organ of this element which is the heart the heart is represented as the Vermilion phoenix bird that lays and rest on the cage of the ribcage and it is in the center of our of our chest and as you know the heart is the biggest magnetic organ that we have and this bird has like a golden light in in its mouth which represents the Shen the Shen is this energy that the candle has when is irradiating light the amount of Shen of this candle is the amount of light that is coming out of the of the candle and this light we have it also inside us mostly when we are children if you pay attention to children they are always amazed by everything in life and some people even when they get older they are also still amazed by everything and very happy very shiny the station and that's the energy of the love and the joy and this energy affects four major organs the heart the pericardium which is not an organ but it's a it's like a basal and that contains the heart inside the triple heater which is a system that affects and regulates the metabolism inside our body and and the small intestine as well which regulates our capacity to receive nutrients both in the physical and in the emotional level so what is very important on the Shin is that we daily on basis we practice the muscle of joy and love and there are plenty of ways to do that it can be through music for example by listening to music by dancing if it's something that moves your joy to do anything any sports any activity that really gives you this love and expansive energy which is the joy also very important to give hacks to have contact with people two keys why is that because the meridians of the of this element a fire element all of them run through the arms through the chest inside the arms like in the case of the pericardium and and the heart and into the outer edge of your arm as it's in a case on the shank sang Yahoo which is the triple heater and the small intestine meridians so having daily contact is very important on the contrary side like not receiving so many hugs not hugging people not having this personal contact on a daily basis definitely affects our Shin this is why we find in northern countries these corners a lot of cases of depression and also nowadays with what is going on in the world to not allow people to have this physical contact is depleting the energy of this heart Oregon and what happens when the organ is suffering both in their physical and in emotional level all the organs are gonna throw energy to keep this organ alive which means if this organ is suffering if our Shin is depleted where munna system is going to be reduced where adrenal glands are going to have to work more our kidneys our bladder our liver our gallbladder stomach spleen all of them brain are going to surrender to what the Chinese understand as the Emperor of all the organs so very important that you put attention to keep your shin alive giving hugs if you can if you cannot to dance to do whatever you need to do to keep the joy and this energy of love shining bright as a diamond if you have any questions let me know you can always write me an email mantle of lioka at gmail.com if you want to enroll any of the online courses and present courses please check the website I will leave you the links below and to this channel so you will keep receiving more of this type of videos and more to come
