Welcome to Satvic Yoga, a space where you can reconnect with yourself. This is the first video in the 21 Day Yoga Camp series. I invite you to practice 1 video everyday for the next 21 days. My journey into Yoga started at the age of 28 when I got diagnosed with breast cancer. Throughout my treatment, I kept practicing, and it transformed my life. Today at 37, I'm the fittest I have ever been. I'm also calmer, more joyful and have beautiful relationships. This camp is an offering to all those who cannot step out of the home to practice yoga or don't get enough time to take care of themselves. Through these short and easy to follow videos, I hope you begin to care for yourself, improve your health and smile more often.
