Lesson

Instructions

Begin in a kneeling position, and place your feet to the outside of your left buttock. Take your left hand to your right knee and lengthen through your spine. Slowly twist around to the right. You can also stack the knees if you like. Hold this position, and when you are ready, repeat to the opposite side.
