hi my name is Amanda Dee and today we're going to break down pause bar bakasana which is after known as side crow so first of all what I'm showing here is that these used way to find this pose is sitting your hip on top of your tricep so here I'm sitting my right hip on top of my right choice up just imagine it's your arms are like a table so you place the hip on top of the tricep and then your right knee on top of the left tricep now imagine you're like a seesaw most of the weight is concentrated in your legs and your feet so you need to get more weight to the other side so you can see here I'm stretching my chin forward my head forward and of course variations like separating your legs or bringing the legs together straight now after this becomes easy to you you can go to the next step which is keeping the hip separated from the right arm so all the weight now is just into my right knee to my left tricep I sit on top of it with my right knee the hip is lifted I reach forward just like I did before to release the wrist after that you can place the palms underneath the feet so the palms face up try to step the toes wait up to the wrist creases bend the elbows back and squeeze the elbows in try not to rounding your lower back lengthen and once you're done go all the way up namaste
