Transcript

The three grundies. How to untie the knots that block condundalini. A complete spiritual transmission for dissolving the knots of body, heart, and mind. There are three invisible knots tied inside your subtle body. Knots that bind your energy, block your awakening, and hide your true self. They are not made of bone or flesh. They are made of fear, craving and illusion. The ancient yogis called them the grunties. They lie along the sacred central channel of energy, the sushumna nadi. And they must be untied before kunduini, the coiled inner power, can rise. In this full sacred transmission, you will discover what the grunties are, why they block your energy, and how to dissolve them gently, wisely, and with devotion. Let this be your inner map. Let it guide you to freedom. Section one. The science of inner knots. Inside every human being is a subtle energy body. It cannot be seen with physical eyes, but it is felt as emotion, intuition, pressure, heat or stillness. Running up the center of this subtle body is the sushum naan nadi, the central spiritual channel. At its base sleeps kundalini, the coiled power of divine awakening. When she rises, she brings light, silence, and realization. But along her path are three major energetic knots called the grunties. Each one locks a layer of human identity. One, Brahma Grunty, the knot of body and desire. Two, Vishnu grunty, the knot of emotion and ego. Three, rudra grunti, the knot of illusion and fear. These knots are not symbols. They are energetic tensions, real sensations you can feel during meditation, especially as energy begins to rise. Until these knots are released, Kundalini cannot flow freely. She may rise a little, then fall again. You may feel blocked, disoriented, or overly emotional. True spiritual awakening begins not with escaping the world, but with untangling these knots of bondage layer by layer, breath by breath. Section two brahmag grunti the knot of earth and craving located at the base of the spine blocks fear of death addiction to comfort clinging to the body. The brahma grunti is the first and most physical knot. It binds energy in the moola and suvadishtana chakras the root and sacral centers. This knot is the fear of survival, the craving for control, the instinct to hold on to pleasure and avoid pain. When this knot is tight, you may feel restless desire for food, sex, or stimulation. Deep anxiety about safety or money. Resistance to stillness or spiritual discipline. A feeling of being trapped in the lower body. This knot is the most obvious yet often the most denied. Many seekers try to meditate while still clinging to the body and its hungers. But the fire of Kundalini cannot rise through soil that has not been tilled. To untie this knot, practice mula bunda. Gently lift the pelvic floor to activate the root. Do grounding postures like molassa deep squat and viperita karani, legs up the wall. Walk barefoot on the earth, fast with reverence. Simplify your life. Chant omgum nupu nama. This mantra calls on gune sha, the remover of obstacles. The body must become a temple, not a trap. Only when the root is steady can the soul begin to rise. Section three. Vishnu grunti. The knot of emotion and identity located at the center of the chest. Blocks emotional clinging, pride, spiritual ego. The vishnu grunty is the second knot. It binds energy in the ana hut chakra. The heart center. This is the knot of self-image. The eye that wants to be loved, admired, accepted. Even the spiritual seeker carries this knot by clinging to roles like teacher, healer, good person or devote. When this knot is active, you may feel emotional sensitivity or drama, a deep need for attention or praise, fear of rejection, pride in your spiritual progress, dependence on community, identity or past wounds. The heart becomes like a cup full of emotion but unable to empty into the divine. To untie this knot, practice bti yoga, devotion without expectation. Sit with feelings without identifying with them. Forgive everyone yourself most of all. Serve others in silence and humility. Chant om narayun nama calling on narayuna the preserver of divine harmony. This knot dissolves when you no longer seek to be someone but simply to be. Then the heart becomes the gate through which love rises upward. Without name, without face, only light. Section four. Rudra Ra Grandi. The knot of illusion and control located between the eyebrows. Blocks fear of ego death, mental rigidity, false transcendence. The rude raundi is the final knot. It binds energy in the ana chakra, the third eye. Here lies the illusion of I am the one awakening. It is the most subtle knot because it hides as wisdom even as it keeps you trapped in duality. You may experience aversion to silence, obsession with visions, powers or knowledge, feeling stuck at the edge of samadei, fear of going beyond thought, doubting the teacher or path, wanting to awaken but unwilling to vanish. This is the guardian at the gate of liberation and it demands everything. To untie this knot, meditate daily in deep silence. Practice antara, inner silence. Gaze softly into the third eye or the open sky. Surrender your concepts of awakening. Chant omn nama shivaya. This is the great dissolver Shiva who destroys all illusion. You cannot pass through this knot while holding any identity. Even the eye that seeks freedom must bow down. Only emptiness can receive what is truly real. Section five. What happens when the knots are untied? When the knots are dissolved, not forced, but softened with grace, the inner serpent begins to rise. She does not shake the spine. She flows through it. She does not burn the body. She awakens it. This is not fantasy. It is the ancient science of inner ascent. You may experience bliss that flows upward in stillness, deep pressure or spaciousness in the spine, visions of light or sound, profound silence, no thought, just being. But none of this matters unless it makes you more compassionate, more free, more real. The untangling of the grundies is the untangling of karma. It is the path not just to power, but to peace. If you feel something stirring inside you, a serpent moving, a silence deepening, a knot beginning to loosen, stay with it. In our next sacred transmission, you'll discover Vox City, the ancient yogic power of speech that creates reality. Through purified sound, the awakened soul speaks worlds into being. for sacred teachings on mantra, energy, silence, and city. You were not born to be bound. You were born to rise. And the rise begins when the knots fall away.
