if you're a new yoga teacher and you're struggling with cu's then here are a few tips from a teacher who's got a little more experience number one keep it simple we often try to over complicate the things that we say because we think it sounds better but actually it's just confusing for students so find the simplest most concise way to say you're cute and leave it at that this leads me on to point number two which is really important let there be silence trust that what you're saying is enough otherwise it just feels too busy and there's too much noise and last of all this is key when you're teaching beginners put yourself in their shoes imagine if I was a beginner what are the things that I need to hear what are the things that would help me feel secure seen heard and comforted that simple exercise will work wonders for anything that you go on and do in your teaching career
