Begin Standing at the top of your mat. . -Walk or jump your right foot behind you -Exhale & turn your right foot out to 90 degrees, push your hips to the left and take Triangle Pose on your Right Side. - Your right hand holds your right big toe. - Look up towards your left hand. . Stay here for 5 breaths. Come up on the Inhale, then do Triangle Pose on the Left Side. . Stay here for 5 breaths. . Inhale & return to standing, exhale to Revolved Triangle on your Right Side. -Bring your Left Hand to the outside of your Right Foot. -Lift your Right Arm to the sky and look towards it. . Stay here for 5 breaths. Then Inhale & slowly come up. Then do Revolved Triangle on your Left Side. . -Bring your Right Hand to the outside of your Left Foot. -Lift your Left Arm to the sky and look up towards it. . Stay here for 5 breaths. Then Inhale & slowly come up. Then walk or "hop" back to the top of your mat. . . . -Move slowly & with your breath. We all fall sometimes in Revolved Triangle Pose, so start with baby steps! -Don't force your hand to your big toe or to the floor. walk your right foot back so that your feet are in a y position turn your right foot out slide your hips to the left and as you exhale hold on to your right big toe look up towards your left hand and stay here for five breaths inhale and slowly come back up exhale the triangle on the left side turn your left foot out bring your hips to the right and hold on to your left big toe gaze up towards your right hand stay here for five breaths inhale and come all the way up pull your right hip back with your right hand reach your left arm forward and as you exhale cross your body and place your left hand on the outside of your right foot when you feel stable look up towards your right hand stay here for five breaths inhale and slowly come up and unwind exhale to reverse triangle on the left side left hand pulls back your left hip right arm reaches forward as you exhale cross your right hand over your left foot when you feel stable lift up your left hand and look up towards it stay here for five breaths slowly unwind and on your next inhale come back up to standing then come to the top of your mat
