there are three main knots in the shishna the path up the center of the body that represent the three aspects of Consciousness knowing feeling and doing the Brahma grti is feeling in the mind the Vishnu granti is doing in Prana and Rua granti is knowing in Yana true knowledge when the three knots are untied phenomenal reality becomes pervaded by Divine energy and the self becomes established in the sheath of bliss brah the most tunc scriptures place in the manipura chakra the third chakra Vishnu granti is located in the area of anahata Center Heart Center which is also the seat of Prana rud red that he is located the area of the Aus chakra the area of the third eye rudra is the destroyer in his true knowledge there is nothing to destroy except the illusion that is eye Consciousness or ego finally one must get beyond the attachment to eye Consciousness which obstructs the path of kolini on its way to S chakra where the Supreme truth is realized and non-dual Consciousness is achieved the eye Consciousness is like Drop Consciousness and the truth is the ocean of pure Consciousness the drop and the ocean are one but the eye consciousness of the drop keeps it separated quote is from Harish Jahari chakras
