✖️ Don’t look up! ✔️ Relax your face and softly gaze down towards your nose. ⁣ ✖️ Don’t flex your feet. ✔️ Point your toes. ⁣ ✖️ Don’t forget your thighs. ✔️ Reach through the front of your legs and lift your thighs away from the floor.
