Instructions

This pose will strengthen your thighs and core and will correct your posture while releasing pressure from your spine.

My name is Yordanka. I am 29 years old, originally from Bulgaria, based in Austria. I decided to create a YouTube channel as I was driven out of a desire to share my knowledge and experience in Yoga with you. Yoga has been my passion since I was a teenager. I got charmed by the eastern philosophy and meditation techniques. Later on, I started practicing the physical part as well. For years I've been reading, watching, and practicing at home everything I found about yoga, but I attended my first yoga class in the studio when I was at the end of my master's. Both Self-practice and taking classes in a yoga studio with a teacher are important and one shouldn't be a substitute for the other. I hope, I can help you with your practice at home and you find something useful here. In my teaching I combine 5 years of sports education with traditional yoga teacher training in India; years of self-practice with years of taking classes in the best studios in two European capital cities; philosophy and fitness.
