The right time to start yoga is 4 and a half year. Before 4 and a half year don’t suggest any child to stay in a certain pose, the reason is that if you were staying in that pose. In kids the body is growing, especially very delicate bones are there. So most of the times, it may be the possibility that they will get something altered. Most of the parents are worried about the kids’ focus, don’t worry. They have to be worried about the lungs capacity of the kids. You have to give the proper movement in the spine, already they are active and do certain poses like the paschimottanasana, some other poses, but the right time to start yoga is after 4 and a half year. Don’t start before 4 and a half year because the kid is not able to focus, their body is not able to do the yoga.
