Transcript

hi everyone welcome to day one of the 30-day yoga challenge today we'll be doing bhujangasana for this lie down on your belly and bring both the hands on either sides of the chest as you inhale start raising the head and the torso up just till your navel it's a common mistake to lock the elbows which may cause the shoulders to rise up instead keep the shoulders rolled back and the elbows pressed in keep the neck long Engage The glutes and the legs idly try to keep the heels together but if you can't do that you can keep them at hip distance stay for a breath and then slowly come back
