How to do Caterpillar Pose - Yin Style

Caterpillar Pose is a variation of the Hatha Yoga - Paschimottanasana Each Yin pose is done by staying in the pose for a minimum of 1.5 mins and to a maximum of 5/10 mins.

Bend only a little to lessen the intensity Use Props Bolster/Block – support head for comfort
