hi everyone welcome to day 17 today we'll be doing the goddess pose for this come into a wide-legged stance and turn the feet out at 45° angle bring both the arms at shoulder level as you inhale start pushing the hips down to come into a high squat here make sure your knees are stacked over the ankles and are not falling in or out keep rooting the tail Moon towards the ground keep the spine long and bring the arms and catch ice position on either sides stay here for a couple of breaths and then as you exhale push into the feet and come back up into a standing position
