The Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta Trikonasana) is a yoga pose that helps to stretch the back, legs and hips. It also helps to strengthen the legs.
To perform this exercise stand with your legs shoulder with apart. Step forward with your left leg and rotate your right ankle outward. Hinge forward at the hips and drive your right hand to your left ankle. With your right hand reach for the sky making sure to line your arms up. As you are reaching for the sky you will feel your chest open up and your back should rotate helping to stretch your spine.
