hi everyone welcome to day 12 today we'll be looking at Pigeon pose for this come into tabletop position bring the right knee forward close to the right wrist and the right foot close to the left wrist extend the left leg straight back here there's a tendency to tilt towards one side do not do that try to keep your weights centered and the hips Square towards the right side for a deeper stretch try to keep the right right shin parall to the right edge of the mat you can stay on your hands or if you're comfortable bring your elbows down for a deeper stretch stay in the pose for a few breaths and then slowly come back on your hands and step the right foot back to release the pose
