Savasana is the pose most of us can't wait for! It's a time to rest the body while the mind remains alert and conscious.

⭐️ Come to rest on the back with your legs extended long towards the bottom of your mat. Legs are separated comfortably, with the feet falling out naturally. ⭐️ Place your arms beside the body with the palms facing up. ⭐️ Soften the face and keep the eyes open gently, gazing upwards.

Connect with your breath, lengthening, and deepening the breath to encourage the body and mind to relax completely.

  • Conscious breathing (lengthening and deepening breath)
  • Mental focus and relaxation cues

Benefits

  • Promotes complete physical relaxation
