[Music] do you also stuck in your Scorpion and wants to touch your toe with your head like this way then you should start with your bangas just lift your shoulders up roll your shoulders back drop your head down and step back with your both hands until you touch your toe with your head and once you achieve this one then perform your handen with the wall bend your knees step down towards the wall and once you reach till here lift your heart up and arch your back with exhalation but even if you can't achieve this don't worry put your one ankle on your thigh and increase the weight of that one leg to bring it down so that you can touch with the heart and similarly try with your another leg and eventually you will able to touch your both legs and perform your por of rikas sun
