Instructions

The child's pose is one of those poses in yoga that in theory is "easy" and everyone can do it. But just because it's a rest pose doesn't mean it's easy, especially for people with knee or ankle pain or back ailments such as herniated disks. Dr. Lin is sharing his favorite exercises that can make getting into that child's pose a bit easier. Give them a try and let us know if it helps!
