[Laughter] i spent two weeks in a hippie yoga retreat in guatemala here's the story i did yoga every single day to this insane view and went to some of the most interesting and weirdest events of my entire life mushroom tea parties ecstatic dances and a nine hour wellness festival did i mention there were hippies at first i just didn't get it but during one of the ecstatic dances i decided to drop all the judgment fear and any insecurities i was holding on to and i literally felt like i was high off of something i saw the magic of being in a community of people experiencing unfiltered joy of opening up and being completely vulnerable this little hippie town taught me to face all new experiences with an open mind [Music] in an open heart [Music]
