Instructions

What is Iyengar Yoga and how is it different from other yoga? Iyengar Yoga was developed by Mr. Iyengar in India. What makes it different from other types of yoga is the use of props, which allows those who may have difficulty doing those poses (because of strength issues, health problems, not stable enough, lack of flexibility) to get the most from them. Iyengar Yoga is also different because of the use of alignment and the sequences of poses for the desired effects.
