[Music] in this video you will learn the Frog pose also known as mandukasana fold your knees and sit straight on your heels wrap your fingers around your thumbs and place your fists on either side of your navl pressing them against the stomach inhale deeply opening your chest as you exhale bend your upper body forward let your chest rest on your thighs and touch your forehead to the ground breathe naturally staying in this position for about 30 seconds or as long as you can without straining yourself inhale as you slowly raise your upper body and relax this pose is beneficial for Digestive problems it also massages the internal organs and tones the thighs hips and the abdomen you have now learned mandukasana the Frog pose
