In this talk, Swami Sitaramananda explains how we can think about and understand the concept of 🌸 prana. Swamiji explains that prana is a subtle energy that is important in our life for us to be 🌈 happy. Swamiji tells us the 5 things that we can do with prana. First, is to 💯increase our prana. Second, is to conserve and not waste our prana. Third is to balance the prana. Fourth is to 💗channel the prana, or use it correctly. Last, is to purify the prana or 🔔increase the power of the prana to a higher wavelength.
