today we're going to talk about iengar and in gar is known as really the father of modern yoga if you go all the way back to his mentor and his teacher and then follow the lineage to through India made it popular in India and then throughout the United States my lineage does go back to ayengar and Krishna macharia and it's really about alignment and so anything we can do props to make sure this that we're back in alignment and anytime I'm doubting an alignment and how that should look I go back to the Iron Guard book light on yoga and I highly recommend that if you're looking for teacher training look in the comments and you can see where I was trained I absolutely love MVP my Vinyasa practice and I highly recommend it
