so it's important to understand that oftentimes we blame stress as the culprit for disease and while there's truth in that it's not stress it's the lack of pendulation between stress and recovery so we need to i'm first understand where we are in this window uh in each moments of the importance of mindfulness and meditation to kind of check in to where we are in a in this window and then second is to understand how to move into this nice green sine wave that is is defining this idea of resilience that we can move between stress or challenge and recovery and be in this nice kind of green zone
