Begin in Warrior III Pose (Virabhadrasana III) with your right leg forward, balancing on your right foot. Extend your left leg straight back, parallel to the floor, and reach your arms forward.
Place your left hand on your right hip and extend your right arm forward, keeping your spine long and straight.
On an exhalation, rotate your torso to the right, opening your chest towards the right side. Simultaneously, reach your right arm towards the ceiling and gaze upwards for balance and focus.
Keep your left leg actively extended and flexed, engaging the glutes and outer thigh. Your left hand can either stay on your hip or reach towards the floor for support.
Maintain a steady breath, inhaling to lengthen the spine and exhaling to deepen the twist, allowing your gaze to follow your right hand.
Hold the pose for several breaths, maintaining balance and focus.
To exit, slowly unwind your torso back to Warrior III, bringing your right arm forward, and then gently lower your left foot to the floor to return to Tadasana (Mountain Pose).
