Oh my boy, you alright bro? Thank you. Alright, I know this looks concerning, but it's very benign. This can happen to any of us in the gym. There are five reasons that this can happen. Number one, muscle fatigue. Number two, if you hold a muscle in a certain position for too long, that can happen. Dehydration, number three. Number four, low blood sugar. And number five, high caffeine diet before you work.
