yeah he's such a another thing that we um commonly get asked is when when we're a beginner at yoga how often should we be be going to yoga classes okay I get off and ask that question often when people begin to come to my classes and often what I find with beginners is that they're really enthusiastic to start off with and they want to be doing five or six classes a week and they go hell for leather and then they burn out after you know a month or so so what I recommend is just starting off with one or two classes a week just start with that regularly that's the key is regularity so once or twice a week and then as you become more experienced you'll naturally just want to do it but what about more advanced students they seem to do yoga every day is can you do hard sessions every day or do you cycle it with a hard session and the recovery session or I think that that depends a lot on the individual yes you can do hard practices every day so people that practice are stronger Vinyasa yoga which is a very physical challenging type of yoga their practice would be really quite challenging every day quite physically challenging I personally don't practice that way myself I would tend to mix it up with a hard practice and then a more gentle practice the next day so I think it really depends on the individual but yes as you get more advanced you can practice every day and if your body mind feels up to it you can do a challenging practice every day yeah that's good and I guess those those soft practices would help ease the the muscle soreness and everything if you've practiced a little bit harder yes yep that's right and but you know it can also work the other way if you keep practicing hard through it you just sort of work through it as well so hmm cool okay foreign thanks for watching I hope you've been enjoying the videos in our members preview area our members area has the full content there you will find great videos about yoga practice and healthy eating just fill in the form at yoga.org to activate your subscription we look forward to seeing you there see you there soon namaste
