you've made the decision to buy your first yoga bolster there are loads of different kind of bolsters on the market so where to start how to choose the one that fits you I have two recommendations when you're buying your first yoga bolster number one look for a bolster that is filled with buckwheat these buckwheat bolsters are heavier so they're quite nice to place on top of the body and also they mold to the shape of your body as you use them so they're very comfortable to use and number two look for a bolster that has a removable cover those big chunky bolsters can be quite difficult to clean if you can't take the cover off so look for a bolster where you can take the cover off put it in the washing machine and then just put it back on so it's much easier to keep your bolster nice and clean
