Transcript

I recommend manduka products because I love
that they have so many varieties of mats. On   the Manduka mats I just flow. The PRO
Mat, it's the only mat you need. It's   thick. It's your foundation and it'll last you
an entire lifetime. The eKO for me because it   is so sustainably made is really a big pull
but it also has a great tactile grip which   is nice when I practice. I recommend the GRP
mat to my students because we sweat a lot in   class and this is a sweat activated, baby. As
soon as you start working out on the mat and   as soon as you start kind of pouring in, the
sweat it gets a lot grippier. I love the begin   mat because it's great for beginners it's super
light and the alignment line is really helpful   when you're first starting to practice. When
I'm on my mat, hands and feet on the ground,   and I see my little frog in the corner, there's
just a feeling of home. I really love feeling like   I'm doing a practice that I care about on a mat
that's going to reflect the practice back to me.
