Namaste and welcome to yoga vya practice video Tulsi and sukadev welcome you to A variation of mua pranayama in combination with Kari and mahaa as you might conclude from this accumulation of Sanskrit terms this is a more advanced form of pranayama you should Master the basic pranayama techniques before trying out this technique if you have high blood pressure then you shouldn't do this variation but you should do the more simple variations of mucha if you know the basics of pranayama this technique might help you to get more joy more peace of mind more happiness and especially you can soothing your mind whenever you want you can develop the feeling of Joy when whenever you want sit up nice and straight chest forward shoulders back and down your chin slightly tucked in first breathe a few deep few times deeply with your abdomen inhale abdomen out exhale abdomen in inhale abdomen out exhale abdomen in breathe a few times and now exhale completely now inhale deeply fill up your lungs to 3/4 or completely come towards a backward Bend and put your hands behind you on the floor and now exhale very slowly lowering your chest and your abdomen when you have exhaled and you inhale deeply in 3 to 4 seconds you fill up your lungs and then you exhale and you exhale very slowly while you exhale you feel your heart expand yeah you feel your heart become more joyful you inhale and your chest expands and then when you exhale very slowly you feel your heart expand you can do this a few times and then you breathe a few times normally again whenever you feel dizzy then it's better you sit up nice and straight you breathe a few times and then again you can inhale and put your hands behind you on the floor come to a backward Bend and then you exhale very gently completely if you get a dizzlerecommended [Music] and then you can come back to the normal position Breathe Again deeply with your abdomen becoming aware of that feeling of poise and Joy inside your heart this was mucha pranayama in a more advanced variation in combination with mahaa meaning your hands supported on the on the floor and K meaning your tongue back and your head back this you can practice at the end of your pranayama you can practice it before or after meditation you can do it whenever you want to feel expansion of heart you want to feel Joy remember this pranayama is not for beginners it's more for more advanced students who want to try out something new something more to open your heart center thank you for practicing thank you for watching tulsan sukadev wish you a wonderful day with peace and Poise of mind
