📣 Learn more about our 21-Day Yoga Challenge - www.yogachallenge.in/syt 🧘🏼‍♀️ Releasing trapped emotions from your conscious and subconscious mind can take a lot of energy, effort, healing and work. It is definitely not an easy journey but it is absolutely worth it 🚃

Our top 3 ways to do the work are listed below:

1. Engage in self-care: Taking care of yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually can help you feel better overall. Make sure to eat well, exercise regularly, get enough sleep, and engage in activities that bring you joy. You could also engage in activities that take you into a flow state like painting, dancing, gardening etc. 🛁

2. Practice forgiveness: Forgiving yourself or others can be a liberating experience. It does not mean you condone what happened, but it means you are willing to let go of the negative emotions associated with it 🤗

3. Practicing Yoga: Personally, yoga has impacted my life in a big way and I was able to let go of many unresolved emotions just by coming on my mat and today I love to spread this knowledge with others 🕉️

Steps

  • Mindful movement and gentle asanas to release tension
