welcome to salamander yoga oh hi salamander have
you seen my Frosted mocha cocoa cappuccino with   sprinkles that's okay let's start by squeezing
ourselves down into a small ball get smaller and   smaller like you are the small dot on top of a
small letter I oh hey the sun has come out and   you start to grow your body is growing up and you
can feel the warm sunlight and your arms start to   reach up for the sky up up all the way up and
guess what you are now a full Capital uppercase   letter I wow doesn't that feel good I certainly
think so but let's make another letter your arms   are gonna stretch to the sides and now you are
a big letter T and friends are coming to visit   you hello butterfly hello bird hello tiny flying
alligators you are doing such a good job holding   them but you're also a little tired you want to
move your arms but you don't want to scare your   friends so let's see if we can gently blow them
off ready take a deep breath in and softly blow   oh that didn't work so let's
take a bigger breath in and blow   okay this time let's try a super soft
breath ready breathe in and blow out   bye bye various flying friends have a good day
now let's Bend our knees and slowly reach for   and touch the ground in front of our toes with
one of your legs take a giant step back when you   are ready raise your body up and try to balance
without falling over are you doing it good job   hey are those some clouds above you without moving
your legs can you reach up and touch those clouds   reach reach higher and hold ah the cloud is
gone that's okay let's Bend again and bring   your hands forward our legs can now change
positions when you are ready take your hands   from the floor and try to balance up again
nice job here comes another cloud and it has   a banana on it reach up with those hands keep
your back straight and try and grab that banana   you got it you can bring it down
and gently toss it to your friend   next we will put both knees on the ground
oh what's that something is coming we have   nowhere to hide but we are going to disguise
ourselves as a rock scrunch down slowly and   quietly with your head down in front of you your
hands can reach behind and gently touch your feet   you look just like a rock a beautiful Boulder
let's stay here as we slowly Breathe In and Out okay I think it's safe to move now let's lay down
flat on our belly good hey there are some tiny   ladybugs coming towards us let's push ourselves up
on our hands and let them pass lift your knees up   with your back straight and your feet apart
just a little so they can go right through   hold here hold here keep holding great job you can
lower yourself to the ground again this time put   your arms out in front of you now gently lift your
head up but keep your elbows touching the ground   you are making a nice curve with your back
that curve is so perfect I bet you a monkey   riding a skateboard could jump right off of it
okay let's lower ourselves to the ground again   and let's rise up slowly raising our head and
curving our back one monkey two monkeys okay let's   go back down again take a breath and then slowly
raise up one more time and one monkey two monkeys   oh no not an elephant let's go back down roll over
on your back and check that all of your arms and   legs and feet are still there okay we can stretch
out and rest as we focus on breathing Softly okay everyone the five minute yoga break is over
