Namaste friends my name is Ritesh and today we are focusing on scorpion pose also known as Vrischikasana friends it's a great showy pose so it builds up a good confidence uplifting quality to your spirit and as in when you keep practicing it requires a great effort and discipline so a regular practice of a scorpion pose will help you to get into this pose much comfortable much better and slowly and steadily you can improve the duration of this practice friends it requires especially scorpion pose requires a lot of patience surrender and non-attachment to the result so you need to give some time and slowly and steadily the body will get into it and before we get into the practice it is very important for people who are having Cervical Spondylitis just be careful or it's better avoided it completely also diabetes high blood pressure vertigo or chronic cataract that is anything with the eyes any issues with the eyes just avoid it because a lot of blood circulation reaches towards the head right so any of these heart disease a weak heart or something just avoid it completely also women's in pregnancy just avoid it and I've seen people doing in pregnancy woman's doing in pregnancy but I'll say better play safe and in case you need to go through a proper medical supervision or an experienced yoga teacher so friends before you get into scorpion pose definitely because it's an advanced level inversions so advanced level inversion and also it's strengthening and a deep backward bend yoga pose so friends before we get into this practice we need to prepare ourself because it's an advanced pose so a dolphin pose a dolphin plank pose a camel pose I downward facing dog these are the asanas that would help you or basically prepare you to get into a scorpion pose so friends let's get into the practice so I interlace now from here I first get into a headstand so two options either I can take one leg up the other leg up maintain it palms on the floor slowly check the neck and shoulders they're relaxed I breathe and now I bend my knee open my chest lift the head up and I maintain it breathe come back in a handstand and you can take one leg down slowly to get the neck down relax and come up gently friends it's a great flow to the brain so the whole brain gets a nice blood flow and also it helps you in mild depression it improves your balance memory and concentration you look more younger like as when you practice slowly and steadily it improves your blood flow to the pituitary gland and the whole body it tones your reproductive organ and strengthens your arms friends that was your scorpion pose and you can slowly and steadily practice and take the toes on the head but that requires slowly and steadily practice so just go ahead practice regularly have patience when you do it friends I'm Ritesh here in case you like my video don't forget to hit the like button and yes do and in case you have any suggestions or comments please mention in the comment section below namaste :)
