Transcript

What if I can't do the pose? Well, can you breathe? Then you can still practice. Remember, the pose isn't the point. The breath is the bridge. Your breath, in a sense, is the pose. It holds your attention. It teaches your [music] nervous system. It builds the foundation for presence. You're not doing yoga because you nailed the shape. You're doing yoga because you stayed with the breath and developed awareness.
