hi I'm Tiffany Krell here in Tampa Florida at yogan Studios and this is Alicia Stevens and we're here to show you gicasa cow's head and if you take Yin classes you'll know it as shoelace or half shoelace so she'll start by coming onto hands and knees taking the right knee to the center of the mat and taking the left knee directly behind the right spreading her feet as far apart as she can you she'll sit down between the two feet this is a full shoelace or full cow's head she can sit up nice and tall and if you were in a Yin practice you would fli all the way down forward fold maybe chin or forehead over the knee or even to a block blanket or bolster whatever feels good she'll inhale and slowly float all the way up taking both feet out to the front of the mat you could wind she'll wipe her the leg shake out the ankles knees and feet and then from here she'll keep the left leg straight and Float the right knee and foot all the way across trying her best to align the knees and again this is great for people who can't do both legs back behind them maybe they're too tight in the glutes again she could inhale here and come up straight and Tall or and or she could exhale and forward fold all the way down totally relaxing sloppy old school style Yen Yoga then she'll inhale and Float all the way up back to shaking out the feet at the front of the mat wind wiping the legs and then she could of course switch sides making sure that she was balanced
