[Music] cow face arms place your strap around over your right shoulder inhale your arms up into a t position begin to Jet your left shoulder forward bend your left elbow place the back of your hand in between your shoulder blades inching your fingers up towards your neck and slides your left shoulder blade back down turn your right palm up inhale reach the arm the fingers up towards the sky and as you exhale bend the elbow grab the strap with your right hand and your left hand holding on tightly draw your elbows away from your heart hold for 5 to 15 breaths
