your own body,you can see your body but you can see your mind nor you can see your soul,but the
visible dimension of yourself is nothing else but the collective mass of earth,you eat food
which is a manifestation of earth itself,this food becomes body after the digestion,every
atom in your body was earth once,this is the reason why your body changes when the
season and terrain changes,your body reacts,likw how earth reacts to the external changes,your
body and earth are deeply connected,ad it is no different,the earth element makes
you,cures you , develops you and sustains you.It is just arranging certain patterns by your bio
energy and this arrangement collapses with death and your body goes back to soil from where it
came,completely distorted,your health basically depends on your connection with the elements
of the earth,the stronger the connection are,better would be the bodys healing capacity and
immune mechanism,these new bodily connection can harness mother earths healing energy,the energy
transfers from your body to earth is known to happen through an energy spot known as MULADHARA
chakra,this is the spot where it is located,at the extreme base of your spine,it connects the energy
system to the earth element,a balanced root chakra can lead to a healthy and stronger body.Understand

considerably,if you want to have a disease free body,work on this chakra.Here are few ways through
which you can work on your muladhara chakra. 1) Walking barefoot on the grass or on a
smooth earth surface,the feel touch between the foot and the ground can activate the
energy of your muladhara chakra,in india people in villages would make the ground
smooth,they would always be in touch with the earth element and their energy level would be
so high,they would do good amount of physical work yet they never get tired,so this touch of your
foot on the ground,walking on the ground smoothly is a most important activity which we should do.
2) Asanas which compresses and stretches the lower spine would help in releasing the energy and
relaxing the whole area around the muladhara chakra,it removes the blockages from the muladhara
chakra,asanas like sukhasana,malasana,janu sirsana,and dhanur vakrasana
should be practiced regularly. 3) Ashwini mudra-this is an excellent practice to
activate your base,the exact technique to practice this Ashwini mudra would be,either you sit in
sukhasana with your spine straight and relaxed or you lie down on your back in pranayama 4
position,now first inhale fully,exhale fulle,bring your abdomen in and simultaneously tighten your
anus muscles and pull your muscles upwards,stay in this position for 10-15 secs as long as you
can hold your breath and then relax the muscles and then breath in ,so do this repeatedly and
you will master this technique,either in sitiing or in lying down position and you will
notice the activity in that region,focusing your mind In that region and once the mind is
focused in that region,the energy just flows in so do this regularly,do this contraction and
relaxation exercise atleast 10 times twice in day would be beautiful,all the above techniques
would help you keep your root chakra in balance and imbalanced muladhara chakra can cause variety
of problems,insecurity,depression can cause restlessness and can create many diseases,being
fearless and being physically strong and being immune to the various infections around is the
need of the hour,so activate your muldhara chakra stay grounded be with nature close to the earth
and stay one with the nature,make your base strong keep the muladhara chakra in balance.
