It is an advanced practice and I would recommend that you have individualized private yoga session with Alexandra to learn the particulars of how to do this practice but we're really excited to demonstrate it for you today. This practice will stimulate and massage all of your major digestive organs and also strengthen your abdominal wall. So thank you Alexandra for demonstrating.
