Steps

  • Shalabhasana (Locust Pose/Grasshopper Pose) technique with specific hand placement (fists under thighs)
  • Breath synchronization (inhaling to lift legs, exhaling to lower)
  • Holding the pose for 4-5 seconds per repetition
  • Post-asana rest in Shitalasana (on the left side)
  • Chakra meditation/focus (Anahata, Svadhisthana, Manipura, Vishuddha) or focusing on areas of tension
