Steps
- Shalabhasana (Locust Pose/Grasshopper Pose) technique with specific hand placement (fists under thighs)
- Breath synchronization (inhaling to lift legs, exhaling to lower)
- Holding the pose for 4-5 seconds per repetition
- Post-asana rest in Shitalasana (on the left side)
- Chakra meditation/focus (Anahata, Svadhisthana, Manipura, Vishuddha) or focusing on areas of tension
