[Music] gently get down on the floor and lie in cor's pose separate your feet and let them fall outwards move your arms away from your tosser at a comfortable distance Palms up close your eyes and relax each part of your body as I say it starting with your toes the SES and tops of your feet heels and ankles calf muscles your knees and thighs relax both the front and back of the thighs relax your hips and buts relax your waist and lower back relax your stomach and middle back relax your chest and upper back your shoulders and arms relax your neck face and scalp now relax the top of your head come down and relax your eyebrows no frowning relax your face jaw and lips don't cleanse your teeth relax your neck let your throat be soft feel the warmth in your chest the warmth in your stomach your stomach is feeling warm and relaxed now bring this warmth to your belly button feel the warmth increase as you breathe through your belly button [Music]
