foreign [Music] a lot of Retreats I sit it's silence and there's not a lot of connection it's like you're sitting on the cushion and the relational aspect The Joy aspect the connection aspect is happening on these Retreats and in this training and I feel like that's always been a missing piece for me and in that I feel more comfortable yeah willing to be vulnerable and open and the invitation that I've gotten from IBM is like they just want you to be you and whatever that means and to trust yourself and the more you trust yourself like the more you'll learn and vice versa compared to other Retreats this is a lot more relational I've done a lot of Silent Retreat practice so there is a much greater chance to get to know people and to learn from each other and even though I sort of hesitate at like the game sometimes I always end up completely loving them because of how much you learn about one another and you want a space to connect with other humans that are open to being vulnerable and open to sharing and learning together then I would sign up for this training it's definitely worth it foreign
