Transcript

I'm going to use yoga to cultivate mindfulness in creating healthier eating patterns I want people to really listen to their bodies and what their body is craving or what they're needing nutritionally often we become disconnected from our mind in our body that yoga can really help bring us back together it can help reconnect that that path so you can listen to what your body actually wants to eat and then follow that in a more nutritious way I of Rebecca and I'm Keith we loved our class of Diana this morning her voice is so soothing and relaxing she always makes sure those are really enjoyed her music selection and and her flow was just amazing it was so nice on the beach this morning [Music]
