Floating Camel is an arm balance posture where there is increased pressure on the top of the feet but the majority of the body weight is held in the arms. To achieve the pose you must press the pelvis up to the ceiling and this action acts as a counter balance.
This yoga tutorial is meant to inspire beginner yoga students and challenge intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners. It is an antigravity yoga pose and it will teach you that anything is possible. Yoga practice and yoga classes challenge us so we can take what we learn on the mat off the mat. There is no obstacle, even gravity, too difficult to overcome
