Transcript

as we begin wounds into wisdom what is being attended to in your psyche right now what is being attended to in your psyche in the way of transformation the place of the wounds is often the place that becomes a rinse and repeat so the outer circumstances of Life somewhat change or the characters in the story line so to speak change and yet there is that return again and again to that particular experience of the self that feels wounded it is said that in many of the traditions this hero offer from the Celtic tradition that when something in our psyche is wounded or in our lives that one of the ways through the Celtic understanding is that we attend to the wounds from the other side that we attend to the wounds from what the Kelts will refer to and especially the Irish as the other Realms now this is also understood in deep Tantra as well here in lies a connection of coming into resonance with a mantra and with deity energy and if you have a very strong uh connection with a deity that perhaps could be Isa Dava for you a central connection or you may have a a cyclical flow like the moon phases a cyclical flow of connection with deity Essence energies um speaking to this because I'd like to um really chant with the Mantra of Tara and Tara as we spoke about in the theme of the month Tara is known as the star and also is that Force which helps to carry us across from wounds into wisdom carry us across from suffering into Liberation carry us across from ignorance and into greater illumination and carry us across from the so-called Darkness to the light but this is the darkness not the darkness that heals us and rejuvenates us but referring metaphorically to the darkness of ignorance and so this Mantra and you may connect with the just the sound vibration or simply the visual of being carried across from wounds into wisdom and I would also like to say through the wounds into wisdom because the only way to yoke real wisdom is to go through we can't really skip it jump over it or bypass it right so consider now and I'm going to take a moment right with you in your own resourcing what is what's in the psyche of you at this time this waxing crescent Leo moon what is in you at this time that is being attended to that you're turning to compassionately Tara born out of the tears of compassion born Seated on a Lotus out of a lake of compassion Tara of the bod satva vows to continually return to every last being is free in your life exactly in this moment what is being tended to you now hold this very tenderly and compassionately if you will like to work with mudra then you bring which is of the heart you bring the index finger to the base of the thumb and then bring the middle finger and and the ring finger lightly to the tip of the thumb the little finger stays Loosely open like this then you could turn it open and rest the back of the hands or what I like to do is take mudra thumb middle and ring finger together little finger lightly extended and then draw it in right at the base at the root of the heart and here means the root and the midline and the essence can mean that which offers compassion so offer compassion to yourself in the root of your own heart let the compassion become that which creates a very regenerative field at the root of your heart a regenerative like regenerative farming regenerative land practices that can heal the the wounds of the Earth right now the wounds of the earth and the people in the way of growing food regenerative practices let bring that all the way inside and take whatever you are tending to way of transformation wounds into wisdom just plant it with all your compassion and presence now begin you can still hold this here if you have the hands with mudra offering the compassion in begin to visualize the breath as you inhale drawing in and expanding the nourishment with total compassion this transformation nourish the transformation as you inhale really feel the whole rib cage expand and as you exhale allow it to become a regenerative offering and the offering is your with wisdom you may not know what that wisdom is yet but trust it as you exhale inhale and expand the compassion and exhale offer through the transformative wisdom if you'd like take a few heartwing flows so so that this energy now at the root of the heart it begins to move and flow and Traverse from the breath of the heart and into the cerebral spinal fluid into the rivers of light of the subtle body nadis and then for today see it from the root of the heart beginning to move through the body the mind the nervous system the arteries veins and lymphatic system as Starlight and let's give it a little crescent breathe through the sides of the body nice gentle Starlight Crescent opening and if you'd like to add sweep of the arms and really open and breathe let's bring the middle finger and the index finger to the bradia drishti n sh inhale through both close right exhale left inhale left close left to Exhale right inhale through the right continue in your own Rhythm you'd like to add the sound of U with not please do for the next time you exhale through the left release and observe the witness Consciousness we'll come to aposta and if you'd like to keep it very much more gentle please do I'm going to do it just a little more dynamically since it's the morning here and gentle simply inhale and just like we had the breath of the heart with that nourishing force of compassion expanding visualize that and make sure you breathe into the low back ribs and exhale pulse it in so remember T is the pulsing Starlight her name translates to the pulsing Starlight one of the translations of the name so feel this pulsation through your rib cage and again just go nice and slow and then I'm going to pick up the pace [Music] a few more three more inhale hold and visualize compassion into the whole of your being into any of the areas of the wounds being transformed just breathe that expansion that massive expansion of compassion and healing energy transformative energy exhale offer it out inhale hold it in again really expand now see the transformative currents hold it build that force field of compassion install it into the Mind into the psyche into the body the breath the life as we exhale we really exhale the transformation wounds into wisdom breathe this wisdom out once more inhale big wide and up hold it exhale to offer witness consciousness one more pranayama this is was taught to me more by a Tai Chi Master for a chi building breath what we're going to do is we're going to inhale as much as we can and really go for the expansion then at the top of the inhale we're going to hold and then we'll exhale through the mouth we'll do that same thing again and then the third time after we hold we're going to swallow and then exhale through the mouth so the three rounds are one the first two do not swallow on the third one I'll guide us to swallow okay so this is a chi building breath we're going to start just with a count of four but then you could build it to a count of 10 if you'd like to take a few pulsations please do okay here we go inhale 1 2 3 4 hold 1 2 3 4 exhale Mouth 2 3 4 inhale 1 2 3 4 hold 1 2 3 4 exhale Mouth 2 3 4 inhale 1 1 2 3 4 hold 1 2 3 4 swallow exhale Mouth 2 3 four that's one cycle two more Cycles in your own Rhythm you swallow after the third breath retention in e I allow yourself to rest into this inner expansion the inner Consciousness that traverses us wounds into wisdom ignorance into illumination suffering into liberation begin with the OM T if you'd like to just gently say this out loud or to whisper or keep it internal As You Wish om om return to mutra or just any way else that speaks to you if you'd like bring it to the root of the heart so that we install the compassion into the root of the heart om om T to to [Music] to to to today SOA today so om to today so to [Music] SOA keep it going in your own Rhythm and way keep chanting and invite the transformative power of support and of that which carries you from one state into another because that's what transformation means from one state into next expanded state that evolves your Consciousness I'm going to chant a few rounds out loud a a little stronger rhythm so [Music] om [Music] om take a beautiful breath in and really hold this breath this full compassion through the heart the mind and the body the compassionate process sometimes gentle sometimes Fierce for transformation of wounds into wisdom you hold it see it feel it breathe it big and wide Starlight stretching traversing in every part of your being and exhale offering it out so if you'd like to I'm just going to bring my one of my Taurus over really hold that and I'm going to offer a full offering to the Earth's one of my beautiful taras she's above me as well that for whole aspect of Consciousness Tara is considered the mother of all Buddhas the very essence of compassion the Star Energy and that which traverses and Carries all of humanity wounds into wisdom suffering into Liberation ignorance full illumination is said that the moment that we call upon the great mother in her form of ultimate compassion as Tara she comes rushing into our minds our hearts and our lives so we offer full body if you wish and when we chant namas you can visualize that you're making an offering of every single thing in your psyche as well as visualized offerings like flowers at the Lotus feet Nam please take rest it might be that you like to journal I have a journal that I'm working with right now and really drawing a lot in it as we transform together we we offer the Merit of our practice for the benefit of all [Music] beings om shant [Music] shant [Music] shant great blessings to each of you om to I would encourage you to um put the Mantra on you know through Spotify or however and just have it going in the background over this week or just today even maybe while you sleep just have it softly in the background
