Gan Mudra
Seated Meditation
Drishti (focusing at the third eye or tip of the nose)
and gently release yourself into the mudra. Rest the elbows, fingers in gan mudra. Try to keep the chest up, resting, arms parallel to the floor, eyes are closed, focusing at your third eye or the tip of your nose. Keep the eyes in this position as we begin our meditation.
